    How do I register for a member account?

    • You may register here, http://www.asiancamsex.com/exec/join. Enter the required information and check the box for I have read and agree to all Terms and Conditions then click Register. You will receive a confirmation email with your login details and activation code. Click on the link on the email to activate your account.

    I did not receive my activation code. How do I activate my account?

    Do I need to download any software to view the model’s cams?

    I just purchased credits but my account balance has not been updated. I checked my Bank account and I was charged.

    • Please provide us with the biller transaction code from your email receipt. Also, be advised that not all charges will post to your account, if you did not receive a receipt with a biller transaction code, the transaction has most likely failed. In some instances there is a temporary authorization against the card. If the transaction failed this charge will NOT post and wil disappear from your account.

    • At the moment we are not taking requests. We are working as fast as we can to upload more videos of our models. We will inform you when new videos are released.

    How much do you charge for videos on www.icum.com?

    • Costs will be as follows and there are 2 choices:

      Is a flat $20 recurring cost for full access to all videos (you will be billed monthly).

      Is a flat $50 Recurring cost for full access to all videos AND $50 in chat credits (you will be billed monthly).

    I am blocked from the site and received an email saying I was Marked For Fraud Review. What does this mean?

    • Your account has been temporarily locked.  You may go to Live Chat to verify your account to have it unlocked.

    I logged into my account but when I try to view the models it says, You have no rights to view this site. How do I view the models?

    • Your IP address may be blocked.  Go to the Contact Us page and fill out a ticket.  Provide us with your username and IP address.  If you do not know your IP address, go to this site, http://www.ipchicken.com and provide us with IP address you see on the page.

    How do I rate a model after a private show?

    • You will either get a pop up window or you will be redirected to a ratings page where you can the private show of the model.  You may also add additional comments.  After rating, you will see the rate you gave the model and the model’s current rate (number of stars).  For a more detailed rating of the model, go to the Who’s Online page.  The model’s chat rate appears on the bottom left hand corner.

    I did not see a ratings page after private. How can I rate the model?

    • Please go to Contact Us page and fill up a ticket.  Provide us with your username and email address, model’s screen name and the rate you wish to give.  We will add the rate manually and send you a confirmation email when done.
