• How do I register for a studio account?
    • STUDIO REGISTRATION

      You may register for a studio account here http://www.asiancamsex.com/exec/manager/join. Enter your Username, Password and Email address. Check the box for, I have read and agree to all Terms and Conditions and click Register. You will receive a message, Thank you for registration! Your account is pending approval. You will receive an email confirming your registration with your login details. When your studio account has been approved, another email will be sent confirming that your account has been enabled.

      When your studio has been approved or while waiting for approval, please click on Payee Info and update your pay details.

      Fill in all required fields. Please make sure all details are accurate before clicking Send Update Request. When your request has been submitted, you will receive the following message, The admin has been notified of your update request. Please allow 24-72 hours for the changes to be approved.

     
    What payment types do you offer for Studios?
    • We accept the following Payment types: Smart Money, Bank/Wire transfer, Paypal, and US$ Check.

      NOTE:

      Smart Money - only for residents of the Philippines
      US$ Check - only for residents of the United States of America
      Paypal - we do not charge any fees but they do.  Please contact Paypal for a list of fees that they may charge you.  We are not responsible for fees that are charged after your payment has been sent to your account.

    What are the fees?
    • Smart Money – FREE

      Bank/Wire transfer – local transfer (within United States) - $9; International transfer (outside United States) - $12

      Paypal – FREE; Note: Please check with Paypal for the fees that they may charge

      US$ Check - FREE

      ***NOTE:  For Returned payments such as Closed Bank Account or Invalid Account number, you will be charged a 2nd Wire fee when your payment is resent.

     
    What IDs or documents are needed for Studio Payee Info approval?
    • For all Payment methods, a scan of a valid government photo ID is needed along with a photo holding said ID alongside the beneficiary's face.

      The following are valid IDs:

      - Passport
      - Postal
      - Drivers License
      - SSS
      - NBI Clearance
      - State or National ID

      For Smart Money
      : Along with your ID and photo holding your ID, a scan of your Smart Money card and a photo holding your card is needed. Only PERSONALIZED Smart cards (your Full Name on the front of the card) are accepted.

      For Paypal: Along with your ID and photo holding ID, a screen shot of the Profile page of your Paypal account is needed. The Profile page is where you will see your email address for your account.

     
    How do I apply for a Personalized Smart card?
    When is the cut-off period?
    • The cut-off is twice-monthly every 15th and 30th or 31st of the month at 12:00AM PST (for studios located in the United States).

      ***For studios in the Philippines, cut off is every 1st and 16th of the month at 4:00PM (if PST; if PDT cut-off is at 3:00PM)

    What is the minimum quota?
    • Minimum quota is $100 net.
     
    If I do not reach the quota, how do I request for my salary?
    • After the cut-off period, check your Statement of Account. If you do not reach quota, your salary will be HELD. You may request for your salary if you meet the following criteria:

    • Your earnings reach $50 net

    • Your earnings are within the current pay period or within the same month.

    • Your Payee Info has been approved and finalized.

    • ***NOTE:  If your Payee Info is Pending, you cannot request for your salary.

    How do I create a solo Performer account?
    • Log onto your Studio account and click on Add New Performer. Fill in the Registration info,

      Personal info, Questionnaire, upload your documents (scans of ID, Model

      Release form, photo holding ID) under 2257 Compliance and upload at least 4 photos

      for the Gallery or one photo per category and for All Categories. When done, click Finish Registration and wait for approval.

    How do I create a Couples Performer account?
    • For male and female Couples:

      Register the female partner as a solo model (Categories: Wild, Party and Romance). When her account has been approved, then you may register the male partner as Couples (Category: Couples). Enter all information needed for the male partner. On the Questionnaire, enter the female model’s username under Approved Partner’s Username. For 2257 Compliance, upload the male partner’s documents. For the Gallery, upload 3 photos of both models together. When done will all steps, click Finish Registration and wait for approval.

      For 2 male Couples:a

      Same procedure as above but register 1 male partner as a solo model and the remaining model will be registered as Couples.

      For Lesbians:

      Same procedure as above but 1 female will register as a solo model while the remaining will register as Lesbians. You are allowed up to 3 partners for Lesbians. The 3 models will register as solo models, while the remaining model will register under Lesbians.

      For Threesomes:

      Same procedure as above but 2 female models will register as solo models and the remaining will register as Threesomes.

      NOTE: All models are only allowed 1 solo and 1 Couples account.

    I have created my Performer account, how long before it is approved?
    • We approve new model accounts as they come in. Please check your email after 30 minutes to see if the account has been approved or if there are pending documents that need to be submitted.

      NOTE: On the Model Release form, on the 2nd page where it says, “employed by __________”, enter your Studio username in the blank. Also make sure you have the correct ID number on the form.

    How will I know if the Performer account I have created is approved?

    Why do I see Incomplete for the status of my Performer account?
    • You either have missed a step on the approval process or the documents for 2257 Compliance are not complete. All fields/slots must be filled. You may upload a file twice for ID Back and for Other to fill in the missing fields/slots.

      Also check that you have uploaded photos for the Gallery. Remember you must click Finish Registration when you are done so the model’s status will be updated to “Waiting for Approval.”

    I have uploaded new photos for my Gallery. How long before they are approved?
    • We approve photos as they come in. They are usually approved within 10-15 minutes after they are submitted. If you have uploaded more than 10 photos, please give us more time to approve each one.

      NOTE: You may only use photos that are yours. You cannot upload photos of other models on the site or photos of celebrities.

     
    How do I check my studio earnings?
    • Log onto your studio account, http://www.asiancamsex.com/exec/manager/login, and click on Manager Stats. Choose the date or date range you wish to search. Revenue is your gross earnings and Net Revenue is your studio share.

      To see the detailed earnings of all performers, click on Net Revenue. A list of all your earnings will be displayed.

     
    How do I check my Performer earnings?
      • Log onto your performer account, http://www.asiancamsex.com/exec/performer/login, and click on Stats. Choose the date or date range you wish to search. For Quick Stats, will see the total amount of earnings received: monthly, half monthly, bi-weekly, weekly and daily.

        If you click on Transactions, you will see a detailed list of all earnings from members. You may search by Customer and date or date range.

        If you wish to see the earnings of the last private you did, it will be listed there.

      Do I receive earnings for PPV?
      • Yes. Videos that members buy on PPV will also be reflected on your Transactions. The videos that members buy will be seen as a Tip.
       
      Can I request for my videos to be removed on PPV?
      • No. All videos are property of the site. You signed a Model Release form when you joined the site and it clearly states there that you have given consent to use any photos, videos, etc. to use, re-use, sell, publish for advertising, trade, marketing, entertainment, fantasy, or any other purpose whatsoever.
         
      I see a refund on my Stats. How do I know which member requested the refund?
      • Log onto your performer account and go to Transactions. You will see under Description, Original transaction #1234234 (sample only). Search for the transaction # in the list and you will find the member that made the refund (private chat and/or tip
       
      I received an email that my earnings were deducted due to member chargeback. What is a chargeback?
      • A chargeback occurs when the member either refuses to settle his credit card bill or refunds the purchase(s) made on the site. Rest assured the member account has been locked. If the member settles his chargeback, the earnings will be returned to your studio.
       
      How do I cancel my studio account?
      • Send an email to studioaccounts@asianslive.com using your registered email address. Provide us with your studio username and reason for cancelling.

       
      How do I cancel a model account?
      • You may either send an email to support@asiancamsex.com or support@asianslive.com using your registered studio email address or fill up a ticket on the Contact Us page. Provide your studio username, the model(s) you wish to cancel and the reason for cancelling.

        Any unpaid earnings will be added to your studio earnings for that pay period.

      How do I update my model screen name?
      • We do not allow changes or updates on model screen names. You will need to create a new performer account but you may use the same documents for 2257 Compliance. You may only create a new account if your current performer account has been active for at least 3 months.

      How do I update my studio email address?
      • Send an email to studioaccounts@asianslive.com using your registered studio email address. Provide your studio username and the new email address you wish to use.

            If you cannot access your registered studio email address, send the email using your new email address and provide the following:

      1. Studio username

      2. Old studio email address

      3. New studio email address

      4. Scan(s) of the studio beneficiary’s ID (Person who is listed on the Payee Info)

      5. Photo of the beneficiary holding his/her ID

       
      What are the site policies re violations?
      • No scat (poo/defecating), no blood (includes cutting or menstrual period), no animals, no rape scenes are allowed on cam. All these are illegal. If caught, your performer account will be canceled and you may be banned from the site.

        No minors or children on cam. This is also illegal. If caught, your performer account will be canceled, all earnings forfeited and you will be banned from the site.

        Unregistered models – any performer caught allowing an unregistered model to use his/her account, the account will be canceled and earnings forfeited. Repeated violations and the performer’s account will be reviewed for cancellation.

        If the model is a co-worker in the same studio, we will issue a warning via email. All performers must use their own account.

        Use of videos – If a performer is caught using a pre-recorded video instead of their live cam feed, the account will be canceled and all earnings forfeited. Repeated violations and the performer’s account will be reviewed for cancellation.

       
      How do I add/remove pregnant category or additional categories to my performer account?
      • Visit us in Live Chat. Provide your username or screen name. You will need to be online so we can check your cam (to add Pregnant category). You should be at least 4-5 months pregnant.

        To remove or update categories, go to the Contact Us page and fill up a ticket. Provide your performer username or screen name and the category/categories you wish to add or remove.

       
      How do I block a member that is bothering or harassing me in my room?
      • Go to the Contact Us page and fill up a ticket. Provide your performer username or screen name and the name of the member. We will need to check your logs to confirm. Based on what we see on the logs, we will email you with our decision if the member is to be blocked.

        This also applies to blocking Countries. We will only block the Philippines, Romania and the Country where you are currently residing.

      Why do I keep getting disconnected when I am online?
      • It might caused of the slow internet connection from your end. If you think that's not the reason, you may visit live support so we can assist you and advice what's necessary to resolve the issue.
       
      When I log onto my performer account, I see that I am offline. After a few minutes, I see connection closed. How do I get online?
      • Try to clear your browser's cache and cookies before logging in. If this doesn't fix the issue, please visit live support so we can ask for further details and try to troubleshoot.
         
      What does fps mean?
      • FPS stands for Frames Per Second, used for measuring the frame rate in a moving image. The standard is 24 frames per second for videos.
